While literacy rate is high the rate of achievement in terms of earning academic degrees is very low. According to NSO, out of 10,433 who enrolled only 5,439 have finished elementary education, 1,292 completed high school education and barely 351 have earned academic degrees and 31 have achieved baccalaureate degrees.
